Timah Tasoh Reservoir Peacock Bass Fishing Trip
Timah Tasoh lake is a man-made reservoir located in the northernmost state of Perlis. It covers an area of 1,300 hectares and is situated about 17 kilometres from Kangar, the capital of Perlis. It gets its name from the two rivers that flow into it Sungai Timah and Sungai Tasoh.
Known for its stunning landscape, a vast lake surrounded with mountains and limestone hills serving as a backdrop. Beautiful moments to be photograhed in the morning and during the sunset.
This reservoir is home to a healthy population of peacock bass, known for their aggressive strikes and strong fights. Fishing at Timah Tasoh offers a peaceful and serene environment, allowing anglers to connect with nature while pursuing their passion.
WHAT IS IN OUR FISHING TRIP PACKAGE:
1. Round trip transfer from nearest domestic airport (ALOR SETAR) or nearest KTMB ETS station (ARAU).
2. Transportation during fishing trip.
3. Boat with fishing guide to cater one or two clients. Type of boat used during fishing trip will depends on weather and water level during fishing trip.
4. Fishing equipments.
5. 3 star hotel accomodation during fishing trip. One room for each client.
HOW TO GET HERE:
1. Domestic flight from KLIA or SZB to ALOR SETAR. 45 minutes flight.
2. KTMB ETS (electric train service) from KL SENTRAL to ARAU. 5 hours journey.

1. Flights or ETS tickets to Alor Setar or Arau.
2. Food & drinks during fishing trip.

ITINERARY:
DAY 1 - Pickup at airport (ALOR SETAR) or KTMB ETS station (ARAU). Transfer to hotel.
DAY 2 - Fishing for peacock bass and other species in Timah Tasoh reservoir. Fishing session divided by morning and afternoon session. Starts from 830am finish by 630pm. Lunch break at 1230pm until 230pm.
DAY 3 - Fishing for peacock bass and other species in Timah Tasoh reservoir. Fishing session divided by morning and afternoon session. Starts from 830am finish by 630pm. Lunch break at 1230pm until 230pm.
DAY 4 - Fishing for peacock bass and other species in Timah Tasoh reservoir. Fishing session divided by morning and afternoon session. Starts from 830am finish by 630pm. Lunch break at 1230pm until 230pm.
DAY 5 - Check out hotel and transfer back to airport (ALOR SETAR) or KTMB ETS station (ARAU).
