Hardworking Angler Malaysia fresh water guided fishing report - February 2023, 2nd week

This is a good time for anyone trying to catch the elusive spotted knifefish on lures at our urban lake. Spotted knifefish does not fight as hard as peacock bass, they are very gentle when swimming but they can jump and do head shake much better than peacock bass. Lots of patience needed to temp them biting your lures. Very different games compared to peacock bass and very interesting to try. Beautiful fish indeed.
